Bridal Fair and Events Galore: September

Our counter says we had already touched down with the 2-digit countdown to Cosa Nostra -- and yes, I dont feel the pressure, and yes, I am not [yet] stressed with the preps. In fact, I'm beginning to enjoy it as it sinks in that we only roughly three months to prep. Up until now, we still haven't booked the artist to make the Female Guin and the rest of the entourage look gorgeous and fab for the clan to admire (char!). Still a lot of details to go buy, but have accomplished quite a few in the past month. 

I'm sorry for posting late this month; the Guins and the some of the crew where pretty occupied with some scheduled and unexpected missions in and out the industry. It's better late than never though (too bad wasn't  able to register in this week's fair, darn it!)...

Hizon's Grand Food Tasting at The Pergola, Pasay

Here we go again with Hizon's Grand Food Tasting. Well, what should we expect in a Grand Foodtasting event? Free food tasting, inquiry and quotation request, discounts for onsite booking from Hizon's,  The Pergola, and other suppliers joining the event. what else.  Now this caught my attention. On their event menu, aside from the usual things, they have added a cocktail bar and some gourmet bites as starters. First 150 couples book on-site also get freebies from Hizon's. This should be a perfect opportunity to check out Hizon's menu, especially for those who doesn't have caterers yet, plus you get to see some of their set-ups for the couple's table, VIP tables, buffet table and guests'. This will pretty much give an idea how the venue would look like as far as the tables are concerned.

Crystal Weddings, The Legend Villas, Pioneer St, Mandaluyong City

I received an invite from the Legend Villas last week about their Crystal Weddings Open House. This hotel was one of my short-listed venues when we were still looking our SpeakEasy venue. Well, the invitation did not really much about the event, so asked our ever reliable friend Google - and this is what I got:

This open house event is actually a take-two of a similar event they held early this year, and this time, they are giving away some prices to those who will book during the open house. According to blissfulweddings.com, The Legend Villas is giving away as much as 50,000 off their wedding package in their raffle promo during the event. All you have to do to join the raffle is book your event on open house weekend.
