Ber Months have just begun

Today is the first weekend of September. Last Thursday marked the first day of the long Christmas season in the Philippines (well, as the society says it, when it's -ber, is Christmas). I can now hear Christmas songs playing in the mall, the radio, on tv, or even in some lifts. Everyone's excited, but I think this year, I'm gonna feel really weird about it - Christmas would mean Cosa Nostra - and the clock is ticking.

So far, these are what we have ticked off our list:

1. Church - booked, final payment on Oct
2. Venue - last payment to be paid on the 11th, hopefully
3. Food - will be paid along with the venue; will need to schedule detailing (hopefully on the 11th too)
4. P/V - e-session done; will just get the pics from them; payment ok
5. Music - payment halfway done, songlist and detailing on Oct
6. OTD - booked, dp on Oct
7. Bands - booked, 75% payment done, will give job order for final design soon
8. Flowers - detailing on Oct
9. Guina's Dress - measurements taken, first fitting this month
10. Ento dresses - MOH's measurements taken, the rest to be taken of fitting day
11. The Other Guin's Suit - measurement taken
12. Booze - sponsored by our good ol' friends, Ernest and Twinkle
13. STD - done printing, to be laminated and assembled soon
14. Hotel room - just booked last night
15. Toppers - almost done, just a few more colors

These are on our to-do list this month:

1. Make STD
2. Book HMUA
3. Design Invitation and other prints
4. Have the Other Guin receive the Sacrament of Confirmation
5. Schedule first fitting
6. Submit JO for bands
7. Contact crew for measurement taking
8. Another e-session with Vino
9. Update notes with events (this I really need to do soon)
10. Launch the wedsite

I guess, that's it for now... I'm sure we still have a lot to do. Will keep you guys posted.
