Bridal Fairs and Events Galore: November

One more month to go before the Guins' greatest heist. I think we have all the operations covered, except for those that needs to be done at home. Well, according to the Male Guin, we are still on track with our DIYs, so I guess we can still say that we're pretty much covered.

There are just soo many things happening this month, with the holiday season coming, and Cosa Nostra. One thing I am really excited about November... if we're gonna get that cake from BIDO... 8->

Now, on with our show:

5-6 November
Wedding Belles, Alabang Town Center, 10am - 10pm

I just saw this post on kasal.com. This fair is organized by Community Lynks Events, together with Lifestyle Network and Metro Weddings Magazine. Well, not much of it is found online aside from its poster. According to the article on kasal.com, this fair is the first and only fair where the organizers pre-screened the exhibitors and see if they are fit for southern weddings. I guess that's good news for our dear southern b2bs, or at least those who are tieing their knots down there. It features:
   •  Quality suppliers based in the South
   •  Up-and-coming fashion designers recommended by the fashion industry
   •  Informative and interactive programs on planning and preparation specific to Southern weddings.

For Inquiries, contact Community Lynks Events at Mobile No: (63920) 938-8433 or email them at karina7178@gmail.com, communitylynks@gmail.com

12 November

Hizon's Grand Food Tasting Event, Dad's Place, 11AM to 4PM

Here we go again with Hizon's Grand Food Tasting. Well, what should we expect in a Grand Foodtasting event? Free food tasting, inquiry and quotation request, discounts for onsite booking from Hizon's,  Dad's Place, and other suppliers joining the event. what else.  Now this caught my attention. On their event menu, aside from the usual things, they have added a cocktail bar and some gourmet bites as starters. First 150 couples book on-site also get freebies from Hizon's. This should be a perfect opportunity to check out Hizon's menu, especially for those who doesn't have caterers yet, plus you get to see some of their set-ups for the couple's table, VIP tables, buffet table and guests'. This will pretty much give an idea how the venue would look like as far as the tables are concerned.

Register online to reserve seats for free. You can also call their office at 925.0107. Limited seats available. First come, first serve.

18-20 November
Before I Do 10th Edition, Megatrade Hall 1, Megamall

Now here comes [probably] the last hurrah of bridal fairs this year: VRC Creative Events Management Corp brings you Before I Do Wedding and Debut Fair 10th Edition. In this edition, there are a number of new exhibitors (well, I haven't seen them in the past editions, at least) joining the roster of exhibitors. There are a lot of exhibitors offering discounts and freebies for those who will book on-site.

What makes this more exciting for this Guin: the Before I do Pre-nup Photo Contest. Well, the Guins had one e-session photo taken by the Lens Boss Daniel Lei Sarmiento sent to VRC, and now, la famiglia has been actively "campaigning" [which may include harrassment, threatening, and bullying at times :) ] for the cause. Top 5 photos will be on display at the event, where guests and couples can also place their votes.

Simply visit BIDO's Facebook page to register for the event and place your vote for the Guins (that's Miah and Kiko, and no one else ;;) )

For those who are visiting the BIDO fair on the 18th - 20th, book your suppliers and dont forget to vote for the Guins for the Pre-nup Photo contest. You might just get something for yourself.

26-27 November

Bulwagang Recoletos in Tandang Sora, QC
Hizon's Grand Food Tasting Event, Bulwagang Recoletos, Tandang Sora, QC (26 Nov) and Oasis, QC (27 Nov), 11AM to 4PM

Here we go again with Hizon's Grand Food Tasting. Now this is something new. Hizon's would usually hold one GFT event almost every two weeks, but this time, there are TWO, one after the other, in one week. I guess this weekend is gonna be a pretty busy weekend for everyone.

Oasis in Aurora Blvd., QC

Almost three weeks before the Cosa Nostra... and things are getting busier each day, that I can't note them down anymore. Sorry, folks, but you'll just have to bear with the Guins.
